Just wanted to acknowledge the great job that Michelle and her colleague Kim did helping my wife and I select furniture at the Wolf's store in Harrisburg last week.  From the moment that we met Michelle I knew it was going to be a different experience.  Most furniture sales people come across more like used car salesmen rather than someone that is genuinely interested in helping you.  Not so with Michelle and Kim.  They were friendly, warm, and obviously enjoyed their jobs.  The intimidating task of getting just the right furniture for our project was obviously a fun challenge for them.  And that made it fun for us.  They started by asking question regarding our home improvement project (who doesn't like to talk about their projects) and tried to capture the look and feel we were trying to achieve.  Then they walked us through different options in terms of style, quality, and price.  What I greatly appreciated was that they never pushed us in a direction that we didn't want to go.  They offered options, provided suggestions, but in the end continued to emphasize that my wife and I were the ones that needed to be happy with the final decision.  I never felt like they were trying to coax us into spending more than we were comfortable with, but at the same time felt like they were trying to guide us to options that were the best value/quality for our money.  It truely felt like they were working for us, not trying to sell us something.  When it came to fabric selections, their interior design skills were evident.  My wife and I thought we knew what we wanted until they began to point out the different "personalities" that could be created based on our color choices and combinations.  They continued to offer their opinions and experiences in a non-threatening, informative manner.   They are a great team and obviously have a love and passion for what they do. Michelle and Kim are great with your customers, but their positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm is no doubt influencing your other employees as well.  Whatever you are paying these two you are getting a huge return on the investment!

Diane W. from Johnstown, Pa

Wes and Lee, who delivered my purchase of a recliner, mattress and box spring set.  They were very nice and really knew their stuff.  We have 32 inch doors and got the stuff in so slick and with no damage or anything wrong...Almost like Houdinis!!!!!  Since they are last to see the customers, they are very important part of your staff!  I LOVE my new purchases.  Our salesperson, Tony was also very nice and very helpful.

I have been to Wolf's for many years. I used to live in Johnstown and would shop at the Wolf's there. I recently moved to Frederick and continued to go to Wolf's. I was amazed with the customer service that is provided at the Frederick Wolf's. From the second you entered you felt welcomed and appreciated. Our sales person who greeted us at the door was Gary who was wonderful. He introduced himself and then gave us time to browse and look over the furniture. He would check in on us and bring us water bottles. When we were ready to ask questions and purchase he was readily available. He was very knowledgable and did a great job explaining the different prices listed on the tags. He waited on us and even took us to the door after purchasing our bedroom set. After leaving, he sent us a hand written thank you note and a follow up email. I was completly satisfied with the service that was provided. We will definitly continue shopping at Wolf's and will definitly ask for Gary when we enter. He is a great example of what your sales people should be!

Kristine H. from Altoona,

I was very happy with our whole purchase experience at Wolf's.  From the sales staff to the delivery personnel, they are top notch. Unfortunately -for me- I purchased our Mattress/Box Spring from another store.  That was a mistake - the sales staff was not as knowledgeable, the delivery people were less than professional and the box spring that will fit up my stairwell is now on back order and they have no idea when it will be available.  The situation has taught me a lesson - if you want professional service, deal with PROFESSIONALS like Wolf Furniture.  Thank you for your part of my shopping experience.

The entire experience was good and these days that is saying a lot.  Joanne was helpful and not pushy.  The delivery crew was on time, efficient and courteous.  I can say it is probably the best shopping experience I have had in awhile.  Thank you Wolf Furniture for reminding me that I am a customer and what that truly means.

I was very impressed with Wolf's return/exchange service.  The first recliner I purchased was entirely too big for me but I didn't realize this until I got the piece of furniture in my home.  Wolf's without hesitation let me exchange it for another smaller recliner.  I'm not sure any other store in Northern Virginia would have done this.  I was and am very appreciative of this action/policy.

Wolf Furniture makes the usually daunting task of shopping for furniture fun and enjoyable.  The selection was amazing and Leah, our salesperson, was terrific.  She seemed truly interested in making sure we got what was exactly right for us, our home and our lifestyle.  I actually look forward to selecting a bedroom set for our son and working with her again very soon.  Great experience!  Glad Wolf Furniture is part of our community.
