My salesperson will keep me from ever shopping at Wolf's again.  Not only did he order the WRONG bed, I never once heard from him about when it was coming in unless I contacted him first.  This despite his promise that he would give me a progress report by the end of February.  Once your delivery men (who were great. by the way) tried to deliver the wrong bed, I never heard from my salesperson again.  I found him extremely unprofessional and were it not for intervention by another salesperson I would have cancelled my order and gone right to Yelp to trash Wolf Furniture.  Since there is no guarantee that one salesperson is typical of Wolf Furniture and one is not, I will not be taking that risk and will buy furniture elsewhere in the furniture.  I have a 2200 square foot house that I am in the process of refurnishing and would have loved to give the business to Wolf's.

I would like to say that Casey was fantastic! We are furnishing a 7,400 sq ft home, which there is quite a bit that we are buying new. I went into Wolf because I was curious. I had never shopped there before. I've made purchases at Haverty's, Belfort, Lovesac, Pottery Barn, Neiman Marcus, and online through retailers. My favorite experience was at Wolf. Unfortunately I found Wolf late in the process or else I may have ended up furnishing the entire house through Wolf and with Casey by our side. I think Wolf is unique. You have a great combination of affordable furniture all the way up to pricey furniture. There's all the typical styles you'd expect to see in any random furniture store and then there are plenty of things that I NEVER see in any furniture store that really intrigued me. Casey was very efficient and the process of buying and especially delivering is clear and simple and quite simply the best. Most companies don' t do well in the delivery department, Belfort is probably the worst in this catagory. I don't know what it is about them, but after finding Wolf, I'll probably never shop at Belfort again. Things always take 3 times as long as they say it will, and the warehouse never calls you when they say they will to set things up. Ultimately I've always had to do all of the legwork when working with Belfort, and feel I have to constantly move the process along or I would never get my furniture. I also feel that the sales staff there doesn't listen. I love that Casey listened and got it right the first time. I'd tell her a small piece of information, and she knew exactly what to show me. We bought more because of her. We furnished one extra room that we weren't planning on furnishing until later on, just because Casey nailed what we had in our head and we figured why not! The prices also made this possible. Furnishing a large home is not cheap, so we needed all the help we coul d get. I think it's very important, and I can't stress this enough, that keeping the process simple and having a good friendly, actually knowledgable sales staff is SO important. I will only go to Casey now, we like her so much, and feel so connected to her, that we will be inviting her to our house warming party so that she can see how the furniture turns out! That is not a normal experience that most people have, but it should be! Wolf has given us great products, great prices, great processes, and while making us feel like we're working with a small family business and know everyone by name, even though Wolf is a huge retailer... I most certainly will be back!

Beverly was absolutely wonderful.  It was my second trip to the showroom.  She greeted me coming in,  I explained what I was looking for and that I didn't think anything was in the showroom.  She gave me other options to look at on the floor.  She helped me through the thought process of selecting the new TV console.  She was EXCELLENT.  If I would be looking for new furniture, I would definitely come back to Wolf's and would want to have another great consultation with Beverly.  She's not a sales person, she is a furniture consultant...She helped me reach that decision without pressure.

Awesome experience! The store in Hagerstown has a great selection and the employees were excellent. Have told friends about it and will continue to. What a great pleasure to see the 2 young men who delivered the furniture. Have had nightmare deliveries before but this was opposite.

Mark H. was the best salesman!  We will certainly return to him for our furniture needs.  He took his time, was extremely knowledgable, and very patient while we made our selection.  He followed up after the delivery to make sure it all went well and he kept in touch with updates while our product was on production.  The delivery team was right on time as always.  They are always in their time frame.  Shopping at Wolf's is always a wonderful experience!!!  I'll never go anywhere else!!!!!!!

I recently purchased a wraparound La-Z-Boy couch from the Frederick Store.  My wife and I have spent thousands in Wolf Furniture in the last five or six years, and the level of service we receive keeps us coming back every time.  From the finance office to the delivery drivers, we have repeatedly had shopping experiences that leave us feeling good about dealing with Wolf Furniture.  We don't even look at the other stores anymore, and to be honest Daryl J. is one of the main reasons.  Daryl has patiently helped us to furnish our dining room, two living rooms, master bedroom, and two spare rooms.  He has a knack for finding us exactly what we need, and helps us to keep within our budget, all while actually caring for OUR needs.  I'm sure the other salesmen and women are equally as special, but Daryl won us over long ago and because of him we will always be loyal customers of this fine store.
