I was extremely disappointed with my experience this time. I ordered a piece of furniture on Black Friday and was told it would arrive in mid-December. It just arrived on February 6. It was promised before that and we waited all day for delivery but the delivery never arrived. Also, I was never told that delivery was an extra charge. Actually, my sakes rep to me to "expect the arrival of my sideboard within 2-3 weeks" and that was that. This order consisted of 1 sideboard but the entire quote was over $10,000. I have decided to take my business elsewhere as a result of the poor management and lack of communication from Wolf. The order was for a commercial building...one of many that are being constructed on our site.
