I am writing to tell you about a very, very special employee, Paulette G. We came into Wolf's last Thursday to look for a couch. Paulette was not only helpful, but had personality plus to go with it. She did not pressure us, but left us alone (which we loved) to browse. We found our couch and again with out her help we probably would not have bought it, she answered all of our questions and more.
She was terrific, she really made us feel like we knew her all our lives. What really also sold the couch was the very nice note she sent us and a follow up call she made to us concerning a question we had. To us Paulette is an "A" plus person as well as a super salesperson.
