I wanted to take this time during the busy holiday season to thank Wolf Furniture for responding in such a positive manner. A new recliner was delivered to me on December 16. My faith in Wolf's has been renewed. I also want to say that Galen and Moe who made the last delivery were very professional. They were the third team to make a delivery here and in my opinion they were the best. They took time to check over the sofa before they even brought it into the house. They also took care to cover the railings coming up the stairs so that neither the sofa nor my railing were damaged. They allowed me to take the time I felt needed to make sure everything was operating correctly. Both Galen and Moe did an exemplary job.
