It is an absolute pleasure to find a company that not only stands behind their product but really reflects customer service. We wrote to Wolf's and the manufacturer about a manufacturing defective piece of metal on a sleep sofa we had purchased. They not only replaced it but did so in a timely manner. The technician sent was very professional and when I complimented your company he was proud to state that not only did the owners care about the customers but also the employees.
